    Step 1

    猪里脊切薄片,加盐、白胡椒粉拌匀,腌10分钟。 Thinly slice the pork tenderloin and season with salt and white pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    锅中加入适量水将面汆烫煮熟捞起,加入适量葱油拌一拌防粘,备用。Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch the noodles until cooked, then drain and toss with a bit of scallion oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.

    Step 3

    另外备锅加入适量水水沸后,放入肉片,转中火煮3分钟。放入奶白菜(或其他青菜)煮熟,加入紫菜搅拌,加入盐、胡椒粉调味,关火。In a separate pot, bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil. Add the marinated pork slices and reduce to medium heat. Cook for 3 minutes. Then, add the baby bok choy (or other greens) and cook until tender. Stir in the dried seaweed and season with salt and white pepper. Turn off the heat.

    Step 4

    紫菜汤倒入已经烫熟的面条碗中,撒上葱花即可享用。Pour the seaweed soup over the cooked noodles in a bowl. Garnish with finely chopped green onions and serve immediately.
