    Step 1

    把红枣去核;鲜莲子冲洗备用。Remove core of red dates and lily, wash and set aside.

    Step 2

    桃胶泡过夜,去除杂物,冲洗干净。Soaked peach gum overnight to remove the dirt, wash and set aside.

    Step 3

    将红枣、莲子、桂圆、老姜、石蜂糖和热水一起放入炖锅,炖45分钟。Place red dates, lily, longan, ginger, honey rock sugar and hot water in the stew pot, stew for 45 minutes.

    Step 4

    然后加入桃胶再炖15分钟,滋补糖汤水要趁热享用。Add in peach gum continues stew for another 15 minutes, serve warm.
