红烧猪肉 焖草菇豆腐 STEWED PORK WITH STRAW MUSHROOMS AND TOFU

材料 :
古龙牌红烧猪肉 1 罐
万茂牌上等草菇 1 罐
炸豆腐 10 块
青菜 200 克
调味料 :
珠江桥牌草菇老抽 1 汤匙
马铃薯粉 1 茶匙
水 1 ½ 杯
胡椒粉 适量

做法 :
1 将调味料倒入镬内煮滚。(图1-2)
2 加入全部材料拌至熟透。(图3-7)
3 取出材料盛碟。
4 趁热与白饭一同进食。

INGREDIENTS :
1 canned GULONG Brand Stewed Pork
1 canned MAKMUR Brand Straw Mushrooms
10 pieces fried tofu
200 gm green vegetables
SEASONING :
1 tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Mushroom
Flavoured Superior Dark Soy Sauce
1 tsp potato flour
1 ½ cup water
To taste pepper

METHOD :
1 Pour all seasoning in wok, bring to the boil. (pic 1-2)
2 Add in all the ingredients and stir until cooked. (pic 3-7)
3 Remove and put in a serving plate.
4 Serve hot with white cooked rice.
