    Step 1

    先把无花果洗净备用。预备一个锅,倒入红酒、水及所有材料,中火慢慢煮10分钟。Wash the figs for later use. Prepare a pot, pour in red wine, water and all the ingredients, cook slowly for 10 minutes on medium heat.

    Step 2

    加入无花果,煮滚后转小火盖上盖,煮大概35分钟,熄火让其自然摊凉放冰箱贮存。Add the figs, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and cover lid to cook for about 35 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool naturally and store in the refrigerator.

    Step 3

    食用时把无花果及红酒汁蒸热即可享用。Steam the figs and red wine juice before serving.
