    Step 1

    将材料A的豆腐切开4块排上碟,抹上少许竹盐隔水蒸5分钟取出,铺上海藻备用。Cut tofu into quarters and arrange in plate,sprinkle dash of bamboo salt on top and steam for 5 minutes,remove from steamer and spread Green Nori Flake Mitokui on top.

    Step 2

    烧热1大匙油,爆姜茸,加入松菇和素G粉、竹盐快炒,盛放在豆腐上。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,sauté chopped ginger until fragrant,toss in Shimeji mushroom,vegetarian stock granule and bamboo salt,stir-fry briskly and pour it over tofu.

    Step 3

    煮滚调味料酱汁淋在豆腐旁边。Boil sauce ingredients and pour it over tofu to serve.
