    内馅是用绿茶粉和糖混合制成的,既保留了绿茶的清香,又有着细腻的口感。绿茶的清新味道能够中和传统月饼的甜腻感。

    Step 1

    把筛过的材料A倒入大盆,加入白油及冰水混合,然后再加入材料B,混合搓成软面团,并分为60克1份。Put sifted ingredients A into a mixing bowl. Add shortening to mix then cold water and combined ingredients B. Mix well into a soft dough. Divide crystal skin dough into 60g each.

    Step 2

    把蔓越莓干和莲蓉混合,然后分成110克份。Add cranberries to the lotus paste and divide each into 110g each. Roll up into a ball.

    Step 3

    用一份冰皮杆平,把馅料包住。Roll each piece of crystal skin thinly and wrap up with each piece of filling.

    Step 4

    放入月饼模里,轻轻压平后扣出即可。Press into a mooncake mould. Tap gently to dislodge the mooncake.
