罗汉果百合藕片糖水 Lily Lotus root slices with Luo Han Guo Tong Sui

材料 :
罗汉果1粒
干百合50克
红枣8粒
本地莲藕1节(约150克)
热清水1公升
做法 :
1.先将干百合泡软½小时。
2.把莲藕去皮,切成薄片。(图1)
3.罗汉果洗净,压碎用。
4.把全部材料和热水一起放入炖盅,大火炖煮45分钟即可,趁热享用。(图2-3)
功效 :
莲藕可消暑,解热、止咳、补肾益肺的功效。

Ingredients :
1 Luo Han Guo
50g dried lily
8 red dates
150g local lotus root
1 liter hot water
Method :
1. Soak the dried lily for ½ hour.
2. Peel the lotus root and cutinto thin slices. (pic 1)
3. Wash Luo Han Guo and
cut slices.
4. Put all the ingredients and
hot water into the stewing
pot, simmer for 45 minutes
on high heat, and enjoy while
it is hot. (picture 2-3)
