    Step 1

    预热烤箱180℃,羽衣甘蓝洗净沥干水份,把嫩叶撕出来放在烤盘上。Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the kale and drain any excess water. Tear the tender leaves and place on a baking tray.

    Step 2

    将烤盘放入烤箱,烤4分钟至脆,洒上幼盐即可享用。Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 4 minutes until crispy. Sprinkle with salt and they are ready to be enjoyed.
