    Step 1

    把菜园鸡清洗干净后备用。Clean the free-range chicken and set aside.

    Step 2

    姜蓉加入青葱放入搅拌机搅拌成泥装备用。Blend the minced ginger and green onions in a blender to make a paste and set aside.

    Step 3

    准备一锅清水,煮滚后放入菜园鸡,转小火煮25分钟。Prepare a pot of water and bring it to a boil. Add the free-range chicken and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.

    Step 4

    捞起菜园鸡,放入冷水浸泡5分钟,斩件盛盘备用。Remove the chicken from the pot and soak it in cold water for 5 minutes. Then, chop it into pieces and arrange on a serving plate.

    Step 5

    把姜蓉加入调味料搅拌均匀,热锅加入2汤匙油烧热,淋下姜蓉搅拌后倒入碟中,再放入鸡肉即可。Mix the minced ginger with the seasonings until well combined. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan until hot, then pour the ginger mixture into the pan and stir-fry. Transfer the mixture to a plate and place the chicken on top. Serve immediately.
