    Step 1

    将材料(干酵母除外)放入自动制面包机内锅内,再将内锅放入机身 内,盖好。Put ingredients (except for instant yeast) into Automated Bread Maker inner pan and then insert to breadmaker, close the lid.

    Step 2

    在酵母容器内放入干酵母,然后按Start(开始)键。 Add instant yeast into the yeast dispenser and press Start button

    把苹果、葡萄干、糖及肉桂粉煮至苹果稍软,冷却备用。 Cook apple and raisin with sugar andcinnamon powder until soften

    Step 4

    听到哔哔声后按Stop(取消)键,取出面团,把叶片拆下。把面团擀成约15CM X 20CM 长方形,撒上煮好的馅料。 Press Stop button when you hear beep sound, take out dough from inner pan and remove the kneading blade. Pin rolls the dough into size of 15cm X 20cm, sprinkle filling ingredients on top

    Step 5

    把面团擀成约15CM X 20CM 长方形,撒上煮好 的馅料。把面团卷起然后切成每段约10cm,平放上涂油 烤盘,发酵约40分钟或至双倍大,涂上蛋液。 Roll up dough and cut into 10cm sections, place on a grease baking tray, let rise for about 40 minutes or double the size and then egg bath the surface

    Step 6

    放入预热的烤箱以180℃烤约12分钟即可。 Bake in pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 12 minutes, done.
