蒸排骨很常见,但是加入肠粉的蒸排骨比较少见。将两道点心融合为一,又将擦出怎样的火花?

    Directions

    Step 1

    用调味料腌排骨至少30分钟。Marinate spare-ribs with seasoning for at least 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    放入蒸盘里大火蒸10分钟。Arrange ribs on a steaming plate,steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

    Step 3

    把猪肠粉切成3公分长,摆入深碟里。Meanwhile cut chee cheong fun rolls into 3 cm lengths and place into a deep plate.

    Step 4

    把蒸半熟的排骨放在猪肠粉上面,再以中火蒸5分钟或至熟,赞入花雕酒。Transfer the half-cooked spare-ribs over the chee cheong fun rolls. Steam over medium heat for a further 5 minutes or until meat is cooked. Splash in Shao Xing wine over the dish.

    Step 5

    撒上装饰料即可。Serve with the garnishing.
