【烹饪小贴士】胜瓜经过烹调会出大量水份,其瓜身水份就足够了,不可多加水。

Step 1
把胜瓜去皮洗净,切滚刀块。Peel and wash the luffa and rolling cut.
Step 2
枸杞洗净备用。Wash the goji berries and set aside.
Step 3
烧热油1小匙,加入胜瓜、炸面筋卜略炒匀。Heat 1 tsp of oil, stir-fry luffa and fried gluten ball.
Step 4
加入调味料和枸杞拌炒至胜瓜软熟,即可浇上麻油盛起享用。Add seasonings and goji berries, stir fry until luffa is soft and cooked, then drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
