    Step 1

    先洗净红虾,将头及壳剥除留用,虾身用厨纸吸干放入冰箱备用。Rinse the red shrimp and remove the head and shell and keep it for later use. Drain the shrimp body with kitchen paper and put in the refrigerator for later use.

    Step 2

    平底锅放油烧热,放入虾壳以中火慢慢煎香,然后倒入茄膏炒香,倒入100毫升热水,慢火收干一半水份,隔去虾壳倒出虾汁备用。Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the shrimp shells and fry slowly over medium heat, pour in the tomato paste fry until fragrant, pour in 100ml hot water and boil until reduce half of the water over low heat. Remove the shrimp shells and keep the shrimp juice.

    Step 3

    将意粉煮10分钟捞起备用。Cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes and set aside.

    Step 4

    平底锅放油烧热,加入洋葱碎爆香,再放入虾肉煎约30秒。倒入白酒后加入意粉炒匀,然后再倒入虾汁炒均匀,撒些盐及黑椒碎调味即可享用。Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and saute until fragrant, then add shrimp and fry for about 30 seconds, pour in white wine and spaghetti to stir well, then add shrimp juice combine well, add some salt and black pepper to taste, enjoy.
