    简单而又好吃的意粉,焗後表面金黃香脆,內裡是半溶化的芝士,令平凡的意粉變得更滋味!

    Step 1

    将午餐肉切成小方丁,然后放入不沾锅内,干煎至金黄、有脆边,备用。Spam cut in small pieces, fry in pan till golden brown and crispy, set aside.

    Step 2

    根据包装指示,将通心粉放入滚水中煮至熟,约7分钟,然后沥干水份,备用。Follow the instruction, cook the macaroni into boiling water, about 7 minutes till fully cooked, drain and set aside.

    Step 3

    取一汤锅,中小火将牛油煮至溶,下面粉,拌匀。加入一半份量的牛奶,不停搅拌至顺滑,加入剩余的牛奶,继续搅拌至成面糊。Heat some butter in a pot, toss in flour and mix well, add in half portion of milk, stir continuously until smooth, add in the remaining milk, continue stir until become batter.

    Step 4

    加入200克的Mozzarella芝士和调味料,拌匀。Add in 200g mozzarella cheese and seasoning, mix well.

    Step 5

    加入一半份量午餐肉丁和剩余的通心粉,轻拌均匀。Add in half portion of spam and remaining macaroni, stir well.

    Step 6

    将午餐肉芝士通心粉舀入耐烤的皿具内,面上洒入剩余的Mozzarella碎芝士和午餐肉丁,放进预热烤箱,以180℃烤约20-25分钟即可取出,享用。Arrange the spam and macaroni mixture into baking plate, top with some chopped cheese and dice spam, bake in preheated @180℃about 20-25minutes, done.
