    Step 1

    米饭加入海苔碎和肉松抓拌均匀。Mix the rice with seaweed flakes and pork floss until well combined.

    取一小团压扁加入芝士包起来弄紧实。Take a small handful of the rice mixture, flatten it, and place a piece of cheese in the center. Wrap the rice around the cheese and press firmly to shape it.

    Step 3

    锅里加入一勺芝士, 用刮刀弄成长方形。Heat a pan and add a spoonful of cheese, spreading it into a rectangular shape with a spatula.

    Step 4

    小火慢煎至底部焦脆, 把饭团加入卷起来。Cook on low heat until the bottom is crispy and golden. Place the rice roll on the cheese and roll it up.

    Step 5

    再小火煎一下至内部芝士融化,完成。Continue to cook on low heat until the cheese inside the rice roll is melted. Serve immediately.
