    Step 1

    准备一锅开水,撒少许盐和油,将芦笋焯水10-15秒,立即从沸水中取出。Prepare a pot of boiling water, sprinkle some salt and oil. Blanched the asparagus for 10-15 second. Immediately take out from boiling water.

    Step 2

    把它放在烤盘上,撒上奶酪。Arrange it on a bake-ware and sprinkle cheese all over.

    Step 3

    以180℃烤8分钟。Bake for 8 minutes at 180℃.
