    香脆的蝦多士,再配上香濃芝士,絕對是三点三下午茶滋味小吃!

    Step 1

    中虾去壳留尾,切开虾背去虾线后,洗净抹干,备用;马铃薯去皮、蒸熟,捣成泥,备用。Shelled the prawns but keep tails intact; open cut from back to devein; wash and pat dry. Peel potato, steam until cooked; mashed and set aside. (pic 1)

    Step 2

    将虾茸、马铃薯、蛋白液和所有的调味料混合均匀后,加入芝士碎,拌匀备用。Mixes prawn paste, mashed potato, egg white and all seasoning; and then mix in grated cheese evenly. (pic 2-3)

    Step 3

    将冷冻过方形面包切半成三角形后,每片都涂上一层蛋黄液,接着再涂上作法2的虾茸薯泥,依此作法,完成所有材料,依喜好撒上白芝麻或放上一只留尾中虾,备用。Cut frozen toast into triangle, spread with egg yolk and follow with prawn mixture; repeat steps until all ingredients used up; top all toast with a prawn. (pic 4-5)

    Step 4

    将作法4的面包表面涂上蛋黄,排入烤盘,以180度,烤约20分钟至金黄色,即可取出,趁热享用。Graze prawn toast with egg yolk and then bake in pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown; remove from oven and serve hot.
