    芝麻可降低血糖,增加肝脏及肌糖元含量,也可降低血中胆固醇含量。适合因肝肾不足所致的脱发、皮肤干燥、便秘、病后体虚、眩晕等症的中老年人食用。

    Step 1

    牛蒡丝放入碗中,泡水再加入1小匙酸柑汁,浸泡5分钟。Soak burdock shredded with 1 tsp lime juice water for 5 minutes.

    Step 2

    先煮沸水一锅,加入牛蒡丝先煮约10分钟,加入南瓜丝、杏鲍菇丝煮滚后,再加入红、青椒丝拌均,即可捞起沥干水份,放入大碗中。Blanch burdock shredded in boiling water for 10 minutes, follow by pumpkin and mushroom. Lastly add in capsicum, drain and arrange in a big bowl.

    Step 3

    将调味料放入材料中拌均,摆盘时撒上芝麻即可享用。Mix the shredded ingredients with seasoning, arrange on plate, drizzle with some sesame sauce, done.
