    Step 1

    将米沥干然后倒入蒸锅内,再把蓝色米倒在一旁。Drain rice and put into steamer put blue rice at one side.

    Step 2

    洒入材料C,盖著煮至冒出大烟。(重复蒸至熟透)Sprinkle with ingredients C, cover to cook until strong steam appear. (Repeat until cooked)

    Step 3

    再把饭拌勻然后放2汤匙入杯内压紧,加入1层材 料D。(重复)Mix rice and press 2tbsp in cup add in a layer of ingredients D. (Repeat)

    Step 4

    将肉松粽反扣在碟上即可享用。Overturn dumpling from cup and serve.
