    心得交流站 : 这个粽子不含肉类,人人都可以吃, 不过它不能收久,做好尽快吃完。吃时可配辣椒酱。

    Step 1

    1. 把糙米、糯米、清水及调味料放入电饭煲里,煮 10分钟,然后加入麦片,搅拌均匀,继续煮至 熟。Put rice, seasoning and water into an electric rice cooker. Cook for 10 minutes. Add oats and stir well to mix.

    2. 让材料在锅中停留15分钟,然后把饭弄松再等它 冷却。Stand time for 15 minutes. Fluff up rice and leave to cool completely.

    3. 把麻油弄热,加入蒜茸爆香,然后再加入腌柑榄 叶,炒一分钟后加入煨花生,然后盛入饭煲里, 拌均。Heat sesame oil in a wok, saute garlic until fragrant. Add in preserved olive leaves. Fry for 1 minute then add in braised peanuts. Remove and add into the rice. Stir well to combine.

    粽子做法 : 4. 把二片竹叶摺成斗形,然后加入三汤匙的米料, 接着压紧并用绳子绑紧。To prepare dumplings: Wrap 3 heaped table spoons rice mixture into 2 folded bamboo leaves. Press down the rice and secure tightly with hempstring.

    Step 5

    粽子做法 : 5. 把包好的粽子蒸40-45分钟即可。Arrange prepared dumplings on a steamer and steam for 40-45 minutes.
