这道苦瓜河粉不是煮清汤哦,而是拿来炒,加入鸡肉和虾肉,鲜味十足。

    Directions

    Step 1

    以不粘锅热少许油,加入河粉、蒜头、姜及调味料,炒均后盛出。Heat a nonstick wok with a little oil. Put in hor fun,garlic,ginger and seasoning. Toss and fry till well, dish out.

    Step 2

    加少许油入锅,然后放入苦瓜、黑豆豉及豆酱,炒均后加入清水和酱汁材料。Add a little oil to the wok and put in bittergourd,fermented black beans and soya beans paste. Fry well then pour in water and add sauce ingredients.

    Step 3

    加入鸡肉和虾肉,炒一会。Add in chicken fillet and prawns to mix. Stir-fry briefly.

    Step 4

    加入炒河粉,炒均后勾芡即可盛出。Put back prefried hor fun to the wok. Fry well to combine then adjust with thickening solution.
