    苹果酒蛋糕是1800年代的经典甜点。苹果酒加入蘋果,酸甜不膩。

    Step 1

    取一锅,倒入苹果酒、苹果丁和无花果丁,小火煮至滚后,熄火。Cook apple cider, dice apple and fig in a pot with low heat until boiled, off heat.

    Step 2

    将作法1的酒渍果丁倒入容器内,静置一旁至少4个小时,然后将酒渍果丁捞起,沥干。Transfer cooked fruits in a container and stay for 4 hours, dish out.

    Step 3

    取一大盆,倒入作法2的苹果酒,鸡蛋、黄糖和融化牛油,用电动搅拌机打至发泡,然后拌入作法2的酒渍果丁。Mixes cooked fruit gravy with egg, brown sugar and butter; whisk until fluffy, then blend in diced fruits.

    Step 4

    将普通面粉与泡打粉和苏打粉混合均匀,过筛,分2次倒入作法4内,拌匀,接着倒入模具内。Mixes plain flour with baking powder and soda powder, shift and mixes in fruit mixture in 2 batches; and then pour in to mould.

    Step 5

    撒上材料C,烤箱预热175度,放入烤箱内烤约45分钟至全熟,待凉后切片,即可享用。Sprinkle ingredients C on top and bake in pre-heat oven at 175°C for 45 minutes or until cook through; cut into slices to serve after cooling down.
