    菇菌含丰富的植物性蛋白质,是适合素食者摄取的蛋白质来源。不少菌菇因为其对身体有特殊的功效作用而显得尤为珍贵,因为菌菇大都营养含量丰富。

    Step 1

    冬瓜环搽上少许盐,盛入碟中大火蒸15分钟直至够软,备用(保留汤汁)。Rub some salt on winter melon ring, steam with medium heat for 15 minutes until soft enough and set aside. (reserve the gravy).

    Step 2

    白果、莲子以少许上汤预先煲软备用。Pre-cooked Ginkgo and lotus seeds with some broth until softened.

    Step 3

    金针菇、灵芝菇汆烫沸水沥干。Blanch enokitake mushroom and Ling Zhi mushroom in boiling water, drain.

    Step 4

    把调味料及其余处理好的材料煮滚,盛入冬瓜环中,面上撒入炸香南北杏即可。Bring seasoning and all processed ingredients to boiled, and then transfer them into winter melon rings. Sprinkle some fried north and south almonds on top before serving.
