    菠菜具丰富叶绿素及纤维,可防止细胞内基因损害,维持细胞正常功能,同时促进肠道蠕动及化合作用,使肠胃道内致癌物质随粪便排出体外,保持肠通畅。

    Step 1

    将烤箱预热至200°C.Preheat oven to 200°C.

    Step 2

    在大的平底锅加一汤匙橄榄油。Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a large pan.

    Step 3

    热油后加入洋葱炒约10分钟至半透明。Once shimmering, add onion and sauté until translucent, about 10 minutes.

    Step 4

    添加菠菜(视乎平底锅的大小,可能需要分开进行)。Add spinach (you may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your pan).

    Step 5

    将菠菜炒至缩水后加一些水,加入大蒜快炒1分钟或直到大蒜飘香。When spinach is wilted and has released its water, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute, or until the garlic is fragrant.

    Step 6

    将蔬菜放入一个大碗,加入羊乳酪,干番茄、盐、胡椒、牛至和罗勒混合一起,放置一旁待用。Add veggies to a large bowl and combine with feta, sun dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano and basil. Set bowl aside.

    Step 7

    将鸡胸肉平铺在切菜板上,用纸巾吸干鸡肉两面。Lay chicken breast flat on a cutting board. Dry both sides of the chicken with a paper towel.

    Step 8

    仔细地将每块鸡胸肉摆成蝴蝶形,或在鸡胸肉上弄出一个口袋形状。Carefully butterfly each chicken breast, or create a pocket in the chicken breast.

    Step 9

    将馅料填入鸡胸肉。Divide the filling into the chicken breasts.

    Step 10

    把鸡胸肉对折成“口袋”将馅料包裹好。(可以利用牙签固定所有材料)。Fold the chicken breast over the filling to form a “pocket” (you can use toothpicks to keep everything together).

    Step 11

    用橄榄油刷鸡胸的两面,并撒上盐与胡椒粉。Brush both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Step 12

    在锅中加入灯笼椒、橄榄和柠檬片,表层刷上一层橄榄油。Add bell pepper, olives, and sliced lemon to the pan and brush the tops with olive oil.

    Step 13

    送入烤箱烘烤20-24分钟或直到鸡肉熟透。Bake in the oven for 20-24 minutes, or until the internal temperature of your chicken reaches 165F.

    Step 14

    待鸡肉冷却后才切片享用!Allowed the chicken to cool before slicing, and enjoy!
