    Directions

    Step 1

    将所有腌料与排骨拌匀,腌至少4小时,连同腌汁倒入烤盘里。Cover the ribs with all the marinade ingredients and pour any excess into the baking dish. Refrigerate for minimum 4 hours.

    Step 2

    把烤炉预热至220℃。Pre-heat the oven to 220℃.

    Step 3

    用铝箔包住排骨,放入烤炉里烤40分钟,然后掀开铝箔,继续烤多10分钟即可享用。Cover ribs with a foil and roast in the oven for 40 minutes, until the meat is cooked after which open up the foil and grill the ribs for another 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
