    Step 1

    鸡腿洗干淨切小块,放入盐、黑胡椒、大蒜瓣切沫,用手混合拌勻,放冷藏至少2小時。Wash chicken and chopped in bite site. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, refrigerate for 1 hour. 

    Step 2

    将鸡腿沾上生粉,放置十分钟使之皮肉贴合紧密.Coat chicken with corn flour,set aside for 10 minutes before fry.

    Step 3

    将鸡肉放入油鍋炸8分钟之金黄色。Deep fry chicken in hot oil until deeply golden and cooked through, 8 minutes.

    Step 4

    出锅前1分钟,投入蒜粒一起炸至香,取出一起享用。Toss in garlic and fry for 1 minute before dish out.
