    营厨贴士:鸡油菌是世界著名的四大名菌之一,有时也叫杏菌、杏黄菌或黄丝菌。鸡油菌含有丰富的胡萝卜素、维生素c、蛋白质、钙、磷、铁等营养成分,而且具有一定的抗癌活性,对癌细胞的增长和扩散有一定的抑制作用。

    Step 1

    先用水泡软鸡油菌,沥干水分备用,保留浸泡菇水。Soak the dried chanterelles in water until soft, drain and keep the soaking water for later use.

    Step 2

    烧热水放少许盐放意大利面煮10分钟至软身捞起备用。Boil a pot of hot water, add a little salt and cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes until soft, set aside.

    热锅放油,放蒜片炒至微黄,加入鸡油菌爆炒片刻,倒入白酒让其挥发后,倒入菇水煮滚后加入意大利面,洒上少许盐炒匀。Heat oil in a hot pan, add garlic slices and fry until lightly golden, add chanterelles and stir fry for a while, pour in white wine to let it evaporate, pour in chanterelles water and bring to boil, add spaghetti, sprinkle with a little salt and stir well.
