    Step 1

    酥皮杆长,用模具印出形状后涂上蛋液,再印出有洞的上层,涂上蛋液,盖着。Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into desired shapes using a mold. Brush the outer edges with beaten egg. Then, cut out the top layers with holes, egg wash, and place them over the filled bottoms.

    酥皮放入烘炉,180度烘20-25分钟至金黄色,填入蓝莓酱即可。Place the prepared puff pastry in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.Once baked, fill each pastry with blueberry jam and serve.
