充满咬劲的贝果(Bagel),对一般喜欢柔软面包的人来说,并不是这么容易就可获得好感的。后来改用了低温发酵法,做出来的贝果,虽然咬劲不减但顺口多了。平日里除了奶油芝士抹酱和果酱等搭配,这款咸味的蕃茄肉酱烤蛋贝果,口味更显得丰富,往往吃上一个就可耐上一餐。
在猪肉末内,加入所有调味料,混合均匀,备用。Mix well all seasonings into minced pork, set aside.
将材料B中的番茄丁搅碎后,与意大利面杂菜红酱和海盐混合均匀,备用。Crush the diced tomatoes in ingredients B, mix with marinara red sauce and sea salt, set aside.
冷锅下橄榄油,将洋葱丁与蒜茸炒香,接着下蘑菇丁和猪肉末,翻炒均匀后下作法2的蕃茄酱。Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic with olive oil until aroma, add diced mushrooms and minced pork and stir-fry evenly, add the tomato sauce from method 2.
将做法3煮至略滚后,加入小菠菜,炒至断生即可,上锅备用。Cook until it boils, add baby spinach and fry, set aside.
将所有贝果切半,各涂上忌廉芝士抹酱后,将其中一半,舀入适量蕃茄肉末酱,再撒上适量芝士碎。Cut all the bagels in half, coat each with cream cheese spread, scoop into tomato minced meat sauce and sprinkle with some grated cheese.
在蕃茄肉末酱上各敲入一颗蛋黄,放入预热180烤箱内,烤约10-15分钟即可,趁热享用。Add an egg yolk on top, put it in a preheated 180°C oven, bake for about 10-15 minutes, enjoy while hot.
