大马小吃薄饼可谓华人最爱,薄饼包裹着热热的沙葛、豆干、鸡蛋丝、炸葱,还有最引人入胜的猪油渣!太诱人了!

    Step 1

    馅料:将所有材料放入炒锅,中火煮炒30分钟或直到所有材料变软。For the popiah filling: Put everything in a wok and let it cook over medium heat for 30minutes or more until soft.

    Step 2

    馅料准备好后就可以准备包薄饼了。首先将一块薄饼皮放在一个盘子上,在薄饼皮上搽上辣椒酱和海鲜酱。Once the filling is ready, you can start wrapping the popiah. First lay a piece of popiah skin on a plate/chopping board. Spead a tsp of chili sauce and hoisin sauce on the popiah skin.

    Step 3

    接着放上半片青生菜、薄饼馅料、鸡蛋丝、豆干、猪油炸和炸葱。最后把薄饼卷起来即可享用。Followed by half pcs of lettuce leave, popiah filling, egg, tofu, pork lard and fried shallot. Roll it up and its ready to serve.
