    藜麦饭吃厌了没关系,我们将食材转一转,换一换,拿出雪柜里的冷冻熟藜麦,切一把杂蔬丁,加入猪肉末,又抛又捏的,做成藜麦猪汉堡。

    Step 1

    将所有的材料和调味料放入大碗内,同一方向拌打到绞肉产生黏性,备用。Mixes all ingredients with seasoning in mixing bowl and blend in same direction until minced meat have a springy texture; se aside.

    Step 2

    将猪绞肉密封盖好,放入雪柜内腌过夜。Keep the meat mixture in fridge for overnight.

    Step 3

    将猪绞肉滚成圆形后用手掌轻压扁,并用拇指在猪汉堡肉中间按个凹槽,备用。Shape the meat mixture into big balls and then flatten on palm; pich with thumd on the center; set aside.

    Step 4

    热锅下橄榄油,将猪汉堡煎至两面金黄、熟透,即可上碟,备用。Heat olive oil in pan, sear pork burger until both side cooked through and turns golden brown.

    Step 5

    配以餐包、沙拉菜,芝士,即可享用。Serve with dinner bun, salad and cheese.
