    土豆可谓可乐饼的灵魂人物,蒸软之后松软的土豆泥加上洋葱、鸡蛋和蘑菇,裹上沾粉下油锅炸成外表呈漂亮的金黄色,简单步骤单纯美味。

    Step 1

    马铃薯去皮切块后,放进电饭锅里蒸至熟透,趁热将马铃薯压成泥状,备用。Potato skinned and cut into pieces; and then cooks in rice cooker until cooked; mash it whilst hot.

    Step 2

    冷油下锅,爆香洋葱、然后加入蘑菇和调味料,炒至香后,即可熄火。Heat oil in wok, saute onion until fragrant; and then toss in mushroom and seasoning, stir-fry until fragrant, off heat and mixes in mashed potato.

    Step 3

    趁热将作法1和2的材料混合至均匀,并将薯泥分成约8份,备用。Separate mashed potato mixture into 8 portions.

    Step 4

    取一份马铃薯泥,手上沾点水,搓圆压扁后,包入一颗芝士并搓成圆状,备用。依次序沾上面粉、蛋液,最后均匀裹上面包粉,备用。Take 1 portion of mashed potato, moist your palm before flatten it; put 1 piece of cheese in the centre, wrap and knead into ball shape.

    Step 5

    冷油下锅,待油温上升后,将作法5的薯泥,炸至金黄后,即可捞起沥干油份,配以自选酱料享用。Heat oil in wok, deep fry the potato balls until golden brown; drain and serve with dipping sauce as you wish.
