    不用花费太多时间就能吃上一顿饭,一鍋到底很方便又美味!

    Step 1

    将香菇和虾米泡水(泡好的水留起备用)。Soak dried shrimp and Chinese mushroom (keep the soaking water)

    Step 2

    泡水后的香菇切丁;蒜头和虾米切碎;菜豆切约一寸长。Dice Chinese mushroom; chop garlic and dried shrimp finely; cut long bean into 1 inch blocks.

    Step 3

    用气压锅用stir fry程式,下油把蒜米炒香。Choose Stir fry mode on pressure cooker, add oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

    Step 4

    加入虾米炒香后,倒入香菇,拌炒后加入菜豆,下调味料,放入洗净的米粒翻炒。Add in dried shrimp and sauté until fragrant; follow with Chinese mushroom and long bean, plus seasoning and rice grains; stir fry.

    Step 5

    倒入水和少许刚刚浸泡香菇虾米留起备用的水。Pour in water and some soaking water at steps 1.

    Step 6

    将米粒和配料搅匀,关盖高气压烹煮15分钟。Stir until all ingredients are well mixed, switch on pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes, done.
