蚝油纸包鸡 Oyster Sauce Paper Wrapped Chicken

材料
鸡腿5只(洗净滴干)
油纸袋5张
炸油适量
姜1小块
青葱2棵
(姜与青葱捣烂取汁)
腌料
盐½茶匙
糖1茶匙
蚝油3汤匙
生抽1汤匙
鸡精粉1茶匙
姜葱汁1汤匙
麻油1茶匙
胡椒粉少许
生粉1汤匙
绍兴酒2汤匙
做法
1.鸡腿加入腌料拌匀,收入冰箱腌制6小时以上。(图1-3)
2.将腌好的鸡腿放入油纸袋中封好。(图4)
3.烧热炸油把包好的鸡腿放入,以中小火浸泡炸至熟约15分钟,便可取出沥干油份,趁热享用。(图5-6)

Ingredients
5 chicken drumsticks(washed, drained)
5 pieces greaseproof paper bags
Some frying oil
1 small piece of ginger
2 shallots
(Smashed the ginger and shallots to make juice)
Marinades
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp chicken stock
1 tbsp ginger onion juice
1 tsp sesame oil
A pinch of pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
Method
1. Marinate the drumsticks for minimum 6 hours in the refrigerator.(Pic 1-3)
2. Wrap each drumsticks with the greaseproof paper and fold nicely into packets.(Pic 4)
3. Heat the oil, deep fry the wrapped chicken drumsticks with medium-low heat until cooked for about 15 minutes,
remove and drained the oil and enjoy it while it’s hot.(Pic 5-6)
