    蚝干强肝解毒、美容养颜。莲藕健脾开胃,排骨既有补充蛋白维生素等。

    Step 1

    把排骨放入滚水里烫过,洗净。将蚝豉洗净,滤干,用油炸香,滤干油份。Blanch the pork ribs in boiling water, wash and drain; wash dried oyster, drain and deep fry in hot oil, drain.

    Step 2

    把所有材料放入锅里煮滚,转小火加盖煲2小时30分钟。Put all ingredients in the pot and bring to boil. Turn to low heat, cover with lid and simmer for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

    Step 3

    加入盐拌匀,煮多10分钟,即可。Add salt and mix well. Cook for another 10 minutes, done.
