    心得交流站 : 蜜汁叉烧需要加点豆酱腌制,烤出来才会比较香好吃。

    Step 1

    将腌料拌匀,放入肉条拌匀腌约3小时或隔夜。Mixes marinade and marinate pork belly for 3 hours or overnight.

    Step 2

    腌好的肉条置于铁架上,用210℃烤大约20分钟,把肉条翻转再烤大约10分钟。Place marinated meat on rack,grill in oven with 210℃ for 20 minutes,turn over and continue for another 10 minutes.

    Step 3

    取出,抹上蜜糖再烤大约10分钟使它上色至熟,取出待冷切片,排盘装饰即可。Remove meat from oven,graze with honey and grill in oven again for another 10 minutes. Cut into slices after cooling down,garnish to serve.
