    饱满鲜美的大虾外皮包裹着一层浓浓甜甜的蜜汁, 美味极了。这道蜜汁虾瞬间就成为了餐桌上的宠儿。

    Step 1

    以盐和胡椒粉腌虾后粘生粉。Season prawns with salt and pepper then coat with corn flour.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把虾煎至70%熟,盛出。Heat oil in a pan, pan fry prawns till 70% cooked. Dish up.

    Step 3

    另外热橄榄油,把葱头和姜片炒至微焦,然后加入辣椒和指天椒,继续炒约1分钟。Heat extra virgin olive oil and sauté shallots and ginger till lightly charred. Then add in chilli and birds eye chillies, continue to stir fry for 1 minute.

    Step 4

    倒入蜜糖、醋、清水、盐及胡椒粉。Pour in honey, vinegar, water, salt and pepper.

    Step 5

    加入虾,拌炒1-2分钟至均匀。Add in prawns and fry for 1-2 minutes till well combined.

    Step 6

    以莞荽装饰后上桌。Serve and garnish with coriander.
