豉油王虾人人爱,吃起来直吮手指!记得炸虾要用高温,炸出来的虾才会香脆。

    Step 1

    将虾洗净,修头和修尾沥干水份。Trim and wash prawns,drain.

    Step 2

    烧热4杯油,将虾放进油锅炸至干熟,捞起沥干油分。Heat 4 cups oil in wok, deep fry prawns until cooked; drain.

    Step 3

    留少许油在锅里,将酱料放进锅里煮滚,即可将虾放入炒至酱料浓稠 。盛起 装饰即可享用。Keep some oil in wok,add in sauce ingredients and bring to boil ; return prawns into wok and stir to mix. Dish out and garnish to serve.
