    Directions

    Step 1

    用腌料A腌三文鱼10分钟。Use marinade A to marinate salmon slices for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    把混合的腌料B涂抹在三文鱼上,然后放入双面煎锅,撒上粗磨黑胡椒粉,焗4-5分钟后翻转,再焗约4分钟或至三文鱼刚刚熟即可。Spread marinade B mixture over salmon. Place fsh on a double-sided pan and sprinkle with coarse ground black pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip over cook for another 4 minutes or until salmon is just cooked.

    Step 3

    取出三文鱼,涂上额外的腌料B。Remove salmon and spread extra combined marinade B over.

    Step 4

    配樱桃番茄和青瓜片吃。Serve with cherry tomato halves and cucumber slices.
