    Step 1

    用腌料腌鸡肉。Marinade chicken.

    Step 2

    在大号不粘锅里烧热油,把鸡肉、香肠、虾及苏东分别煎熟盛出。Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken, sausage, squid and prawns separately until cooked, remove.

    Step 3

    用同一个锅把蒜头、大葱爆香。Using the same pan, sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.

    Step 4

    加入甜椒、番茄,炒约1分钟。Add capsicum, tomatoes and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

    Step 5

    加入白米、藏红花、番茄膏及甜椒粉,倒入鸡高汤和少许盐,加入鸡肉和香肠煮滚后熄火,盖上盖子。Add the rice, with saffron threads, tomato paste and sweet paprika. Add chicken broth and salt to taste; bring to a boil, return chicken and sausages to pan; turn off heat and cover with a lid.

    Step 6

    让它焖15分钟后加入虾,苏东及青豆。Leave covered for 15 minutes, stir in shrimp, squid and peas.

    Step 7

    加盖继续煮5分钟至饭熟即可。Cover and cook for additional 5 minutes or until rice are done. Chicken and Seafood Paella.
