    西葫芦饼皮的口感有点像乳蛋饼,它不含面粉,是低碳和无麦麸的。

    Step 1

    烤箱预热180°C。Pre-heat oven at 180°C.

    Step 2

    将西葫芦、鲜菇和小蕃茄洗净、切好,备用。Wash zucchini and mushroom, cut into slices and set aside.(pic 1)

    Step 3

    取一耐烤瓷盛器,依次序排入一层西葫芦片、一层蕃茄酱和一层芝士碎。Arrange zucchini cherry tomato, mushroom and cheese on heat proof dish layer by layer.(pic 2)

    Step 4

    接着再铺上一层鲜菇片、蕃茄酱和一层芝士碎。Reapeat another layer until all ingredients used up.(pic 3)

    Step 5

    放入烤箱,烤约20-25分钟,至芝士完全融化呈微焦即可取出,享用。Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese totally melted and turns brown; serve hot.(pic 4)
