    大概很少人会知道,享用最多猪肉的国家并非中国,而是丹麦和西班牙,因此在本地市场,西班牙黑猪肉也是赫赫有名的。这次选用了西班牙黑猪排骨,请超市内的猪肉哥哥帮忙砍小块,顺便带走了一小袋台湾话梅和久违的雪碧,这才知道原来代表青色的雪碧已换了环保新包装。烧好的猪排脱骨入味、裹着微酸小甜的酱汁很是吸引,看着孩子他咂嘴舔唇细啃排骨的样子,不得不说,这三样食材如此搭配起来,就是可以将小馋虫勾出来,激发食欲。

    Step 1

    生排骨加入海盐和面粉,抓匀后,用水冲洗至水清后,捞起,抹干水分,备用。Add sea salt and flour to the pork ribs. After rubbing well, rinse with water then remove and wipe dry. Set aside.

    Step 2

    冷锅内下2汤匙油和冰糖,中小火将冰糖煮化后,下排骨,翻炒至上色。Add 2 tbsp oil and rock sugar in a pan, boiled the rock sugar over medium-low heat, then toss in ribs and stir fry until browned.

    Step 3

    下所有的调味料、话梅和雪碧,开大火煮开后转小火焖关盖60分钟。Add all the seasonings, plum and sprite, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 60 minutes with the lid closed.

    Step 4

    打开锅盖,转大火煮至收汁后即可熄火,上碟撒上芝麻即可享用。Open the lid, turn to high heat and cook until the sauce thickened and absorbed, turn off the heat, sprinkle sesame seeds on the plate and enjoy.
