    Step 1

    用调味料腌排骨约2小时。Marinate the pork ribs with seasoning about 2 hour.

    Step 2

    把排骨放入蒸炉以大火蒸1小时或至熟。Prepare the steamer and steam over high heat for 1 hour or until tender.

    Step 3

    撒上红辣椒丝、姜丝及青葱丝即可上桌。Garnish with chop chilli & spring onion. Serve hot with rice.
