心得交流站 :烤鸡肉时,中途用剩余的腌汁刷一遍再继续烤。
用混合的腌料腌鸡腿肉至少30分钟,然后放入预热至190℃的烤炉里烤15-20分钟或至熟。Marinate chicken whole legs with combined marinade ingredients for at least 30 minutes. Place marinated chicken on a metal tray and roast in a preheated oven at 190℃ for 15-20 minutes or until meat is tender and cooked.
取出烤鸡肉,切小块。Remove and cut into serving pieces then arrange on a serving platter.
越南菜卷做法:把越南米纸沾清水弄湿软化。Slightly rinse the Vietnamese rice paper through a basin of cold water to make it soft.
把越南米纸摊平,放上生菜、红萝卜丝和甜菜根丝,再铺上蟹柳,然后卷起,切2段,沾混合酱汁吃。Spread the rice paper on a work surface. Add lettuce leaf, shredded carrot and beetroot followed by filament crabstick. Roll up neatly then cut into 2 pieces. Serve with combined sauce ingredients.
海苔沙律做法:把海苔浸泡在清水里至少30分钟,然后滴干,和调味料拌均。Soak wakame in clean water for at least 30 minutes then drain well. Combine wakame with seasoning and mix well.
以海苔沙律配鸡肉卷。Serve prepared wakame salad with the cut chicken rolls.
