    心得交流站 : 炸馒头一定要用大火来炸,不可以炸太久,馒头很容易吸油,也很容易烧焦。

    Step 1

    烧热3杯油,把馒头炸至金黄色捞起备用,将明虾炸至八成熟捞起。Heat 3 cups oil in wok,deep fry Mantou until golden brown;deep fry prawns until 80% cooked,drain.

    Step 2

    烧热2汤匙油爆香香茅、芫荽、指天椒和蒜茸,加入酱料拌匀。将炸好的明虾倒入,炒至均匀沾上酱料。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, saute lemon grass,coriander,chili padi and garlic until fragrant,add in sauce ingredients and stir well; toss in fried prawns and then stir to mix.

    Step 3

    盛入碟中,配上金黄色的馒头享用。Dish out and serve with Mantou.
