    Step 1

    清除苏东的黑膜与内脏,洗净后切花纹,放入滚水中汆烫至熟后,捞出浸泡在冰水中片刻,备用。Devein the squid, crisscross the surface and then cut into bite size, briefly blanch in boiling water until cooked, remove and soak in ice water for a while, set aside.

    Step 2

    热锅下油,爆香虾米碎和蒜米至香脆,取出备用。Heat oil in a small pot, saute chopped dried shrimp and garlic until fragrant, remove and set aside.

    Step 3

    把酱料放入大碗中拌匀,加入配料和苏东混合均匀,放入冰箱冷藏1-2小时。Mix well the sauce in a large bowl, add sub-ingredients and sotong, put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

    Step 4

    进食前撒上做法(2)的香脆蒜香虾米,以薄荷叶作点缀。Sprinkle the crispy garlic dried shrimps from step (2) before eating, garnish with mint leaves, done.
