    一定要先炒花椒,再炒辣椒,因为花椒出香味较慢,先炒才不至于花椒不香,而辣椒却糊了。

    Step 1

    鸡肉用少许盐、胡椒粉及鸡精粉腌30分钟备用。Marinate the chicken with some salt, pepper and chicken granule powder for 30 minutes.

    将鸡肉沾了鸡蛋再沾炸粉,放入热油中炸成金黄色,捞起滴干油备用。Soaked chicken with egg , and then coating with flour mixed, fried in hot oil until golden, set aside.
