    辣椒椰浆鸡,肉质鲜嫩加上馥郁的椰汁复合咖喱的香辛味,入口尽是满足。

    Step 1

    起锅热油, 把研磨香料爆香。Heat oil in wok, fry ground curry paste ingredients till fragrant.

    Step 2

    加入椰浆,香茅及糖;煮至滚后放入亚叁皮,黄姜叶及鸡肉;转小火煮至肉熟透。Add coconut milk, lemon grass and sugar. Bring to a boil. Add tamarind skin, turmeric leaves and chicken. Reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, till chicken is cooked and tender.

    Step 3

    加入马铃薯和淡奶,搅拌均匀,焖煮5-10分钟,以盐调味。盛出后撒上黄姜叶丝,即可配饭享用。Add fried potatoes and evaporated creamer, stir gently to combine. Simmer for 5-10minutes, season to taste with salt. Garnish with reserved turmeric leaves. Serve hot with white rice.
