    营厨贴士:很多人误会吃辣椒对胃部不好,但刚好相反,辣椒素能抑制胃酸的分泌,刺激碱性黏液的分泌,有助于预防和治疗胃溃疡,当然都要均衡饮食,勿一次吃太多。

    Step 1

    青椒去籽切段、蘑菇切片、樱桃番茄开边备用。Remove the seeds from the green bell peppers and cut into strips. Slice the mushrooms and make a half cut in the cherry tomatoes. Set aside.

    Step 2

    先将意大利面煮烫7分钟至软,捞起加入山茶油拌匀备用。Boil the spaghetti for 7 minutes until soft, remove and add camellia oil, mix well and set aside.

    Step 3

    平底镬放油烧热、先放青椒炒香,然后倒上白酒挥发香气,放入樱桃番茄及蘑菇炒匀后,加入蕃茄酱及指天椒碎煮热,最后倒入煮熟意大利面及调味料炒匀,即可盛碟享用。Heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté the green bell peppers until fragrant. Pour in the white wine to release the aroma. Add the cherry tomatoes and mushrooms stir-fry until well combined. Add the fresh tomato sauce and hot chilli crushed. Finally, add the cooked spaghetti and seasoning ingredients, stir-fry until well coated. Serve and enjoy.
