    木薯糕的做法有好几个,可以蒸,可以烤,还可以用香蕉叶包起烤或者蒸。上层白色的有添加椰奶,口味带少许椰奶咸香。下层木薯糕是带甜的,美味十足。

    Step 1

    底层To prepare bottom layer : 1. 把糖和班兰叶一起煮至糖溶解,过滤。In a saucepan cook the sugar with pandan leaves until sugar dissolves. Sieve.

    2. 把托盘涂油,准备蒸炉。Grease tray and bring steamer to a boil.

    Step 3

    3. 把磨细木薯和糖浆、盐及椰丝混合,然后倒入托盘内,入蒸炉蒸20分钟,期间每隔5-8分钟开盖一次,然后再盖上。Combine the grated tapioca with sugar syrup, salt & grated coconut. Pour into prepared tray and steam for 20 minutes. Every 5-8 minutes, open steamer lid and close back.

    Step 4

    顶层To prepare top layer : 4. 把顶层材料混合过滤,放入锅里以小火煮3-5分钟,不停搅拌至稠。Combine all ingredients and sieve into a saucepan. Cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes stirring continuously with wire whisk until slightly thickens.

    Step 5

    5. 把面糊倒在蒸木薯上,继续蒸20分钟。在倒入顶层面糊时,确保底层的木薯已经够干。Pour over the bottom layer and continue steaming for another 20 minutes. Make sure the bottom layer is dry when pouring the top layer over.

    Step 6

    6. 冷却后才切片吃。Leave to cool before slicing.
